The HEPA Diffuser includes plenum chamber, diffuser plate, HEPA filter, manual damper, and the connection with air duct can be top connection or side connection. HEPA diffuser have good air flow system, which ensures the purification effect.

The HEPA diffuser is mainly used for the renovation and construction of the terminal filtration device of class 1000 to 300,000 clean rooms, which is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements.

Structure and composition of HEPA Diffuser:
1. The box body is made of high-quality cold rolled plate, external surface is treated by electrostatic spraying. The color is ivory white, with diffuser plate.
2. Air inlet: side inlet or top inlet, flange mouth: square and circular.
3.Optional material: insulation layer, stainless steel material.
